How does the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy & spiritual inquiry translate tangibly into our practice of modern yoga asana?

 As we unravel that which is repressed and stuck in our bodymind, what are the practical tools to help us be with what arises and liberate us from suffering to Self Realization? What is the path to ‘awakening’ really all about?

 In this 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training , we meet these inquiries directly, drawing from the combined wisdom of traditional Hatha Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Taoist Five Element Meridian Theory, and the Mindfulness Meditation practices of Tibetan Buddhism.

 ·      Learn how to release the deep tissue/ fascial trains of the body and create increased fluidity, suppleness & flexibility, & nourished healthy joints .

·      Learn how to influence the chi flow through the 12 primary meridian pathways, recognised by traditional chinese medicine, fueling the 12 main organ systems with life force, influencing organ health &  optimizing physical vitality.

·      Learn how your body, mind & spirit are connected via these energy pathways, and discover how to meet and align all dimensions of your being directly in your practice, influencing not only physical but mental, emotional & spiritual health.

.      Learn the specific therapeutic benefits of each yin asana & how to most effectively practice, sequence & teach classes for each of the organ systems.  

·      Learn practical mindfulness tools to meet the internal and external challenges of life, as gateways for transformation and awakening. 

 This 2-week immersion offers a holistic map and practical pathway for potentialising freedom and liberation within ourselves, and in turn, assists the development of direct teaching tools to support and guide our students.


This 100hr module, is a complete & thorough study unto itself, or may be a contributing module to the TNYT 500hr RYT Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Programme.

Tina Nance

Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 19 years and teaching yoga & women's work around the globe since 2003, in classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings.

Tina is trained in both Classical Indian Yoga &  Chinese Taoist Yoga, & specialises in Yin Yoga & Yoga Therapy.

Tina is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect directly & experientially with their body-mind and Spirit via the Yogic Arts, & is the founder of TNYT Yoga Therapy; a fusion of Indian Hatha Yoga & the 5 Element Meridian System of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Tina works within the understanding that many of the contractions of the body-mind, are a manifestation of an identification with thoughts and behaviors that are misaligned with the truth of who we are.  Tina's yoga is therefore focused on consciously unraveling our body-mind's contractions with guided awareness. Cultivating the art of deep presence, focused awareness & conscious breath within each asana, exploring all eight limbs of yoga simultaneously, on the mat. Re-establishing health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body's energy channels, while connecting to our innate essence as loving presence, containing & embracing all that arises . In recent years Tina has specialised in Yin Yoga & Mindfulness, and Yoga Therapy for Women's Wellness,  travelling and teaching throughout Australia, Europe and Asia.

Tina is currently a resident yoga teacher & teacher trainer at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia.

Over the last 15 years of clinical practice Jimi has studied, worked, taught and presented across the globe. His journey has included internships and study exchanges in some of the world's most prestigious centres of learning, including: The Tibetan Medical Institute, Kottakal Ayurvedic Hospital & The Beijing China Japan Friendship Hospital.

He is the founder & CEO of One Health Organisation, the world's largest holistic health care NGO, and has worked on a large number of wellness based international development & community health projects. 

He is a passionate and engaging speaker & has spoken on traditional medicine in a wide range of settings including the United Nations.

As a Doctor of Chinese Medicine he has a deep passion for integrating meridian & myofascial models of anatomy.

Dr Simon Martin

Dr Simon Martin is a registered Chiropractor & Yin-Yoga teacher based in Perth, Western Australia.  

 Simon studied Anatomy through Curtin’s Physiotherapy Department, Comparative Anatomy through Murdoch’s Vet School and Functional-Anatomy while completing his Chiropractic Degree at Murdoch University. He now tutors in Neuro-Anatomy for Curtin’s Occupational Therapy Department.


Simon has experience in Singapore’s Camden Medical Centre as well as Occupational Health & Allied-Health Teams across Perth and now operates two chiropractic clinics in the Metro area.


His primary area of interest is yogic-breathing as has studied with various teachers from Japan, Thailand, South America and Perth, culminating with the uprising of Kundalini via mantra from a Yoga-Sadhu in India at Arunachala. 


Simone Mackay

Raised and educated in Switzerland, Simone began her life of service in early childhood, saving up her monthly allowance and sending it to international aid organizations. After years of working as a counselor specializing in women’s issues, she trained with Yoga Arts in Australia before teaching throughout the greater Asian realm, enjoying the simple, free and romantic life of a traveling Yogini. Initially inspired by Ashtanga, she moved on to study Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga before founding the School of Sacred Arts (‘SOSA’) in order to share the gift of yoga more deeply.

Increasingly drawn to nature-based spirituality, that speaks to the indigenous soul within us all, she brings this essence into her yoga practice and teaching, holding space with a gentle grace in her trainings, workshops and retreats around the world.

Certification Pre- Requisites :


  • The 100hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training may be participated in as an advanced teacher training module for yoga teachers with a 200hr RYT certification. 


  • Non certified Yogi’s may participate in the 100hr training if they have a minimum of 2years yoga & meditation experience.


  • The 100hr Yin YTT may be participated in on its own, or as an essential part of the larger 500hr RYT TNYT or SOSA Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings  (See Certification- Below)

  • Non-certified Yogi’s may participate in the 100hr training, if they have a minimum of 2years yoga & meditation experience & will receive a 100hr certification. However to be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance to teach yoga professionally, a 200hr RYT Yoga Teacher Training must be additionally completed. 


  • The 100hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training may also qualify as an advanced training for yoga teachers with a 200hr RYT certification


  • The 100hr Yin Yoga Training may be participated in on its own, or combined together with two of the other 100hr TNYT Yoga Teacher Training modules, or 100hr SOSA Yoga Teacher Training modules ( see 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings). Amounting to 300hrs of advanced study, certifying 200hr RYT yoga teachers with a 500hr RYT Advanced Yoga Teacher Accreditation.


  • Students must attain 100% attendance and complete all practicum assessments in order to be awarded the 100 hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training certificate accredited by Yoga Alliance. 


  • Upon completion of 3x 100hr TNYT or SOSA YTTmodules students may apply directly with Yoga Alliance for 500hr RYT status.

Refund Policy:

  • The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The deposit will only be refunded if the application is not accepted to the program.

  • Tuition less deposit will be refunded in full 3 months ++ out from training commencement.

  • 50% tuition (less deposit) will be refunded 6 weeks - 3 months out from the training.

  • No refunds will be made within 6 weeks of the training.
